TRP World Update - May 31, 2011

Welcome to the start of Summer! With the first Grand Tour of the season behind us, there are a myriad of cool things still going on..

US Pro - leading the way is the newly-dated US Pro in South Carolina. Matt Busch laid down a pretty good weekend taking 1st in the RR and 3rd in the TT - first double podium at Nats in awhile! Lest you forget it was Matt Busche who set the blistering pace on Mt Baldy that left only Horner and Leipheimer on his wheel. Apparently that's good training!

Team Exergy had a good ride putting Quinn Keough and Matt Cook in the top 20 of the TT and RR respectively!

Tour of Belgium - A great race if for no other reason than a buncyh of CX racers come out to play...and of course a host of superstars like Stijn Devolder, Tom Boonen, and  Philip Gilbert are racing as well...

Stage 1 - Andre Greipel has a solid kick

Stage 2 - Gilbert pulls on the leaders jersey.

Stage 3 - Gilber, Panache-ily, wins the queen stage:

Stage 4 - Worth a look just to see the elbow throw for 2nd (~4:15)...
